Lecobel was acquired in 2014 by the Vaneau group to become Vaneau Lecobel. Vaneau is a network of 25 agencies located in Paris, Brussels, the French Riviera, Miami and Marrakesh. In France, Vaneau also does mortgage brokerage, asset management (portfolio 140M) and commercial RE. The Belgian team is made up of 30 people and works on the residential sale, the rental and the sale of news constructions. Together, they carry out plusminus 700 transactions per year. Vaneau Lecobel is a luxury RE player with average transactions of 800.000 € for the sales and 2.200 € for the rentals. |
