Access to activities 

Please wear your personal badge at all times. Your badge will be requested at the entrance of all activities such as the Information Session.

You can collect your personal name badge prior to the Information Session in Dakar. A BFTA-registration desk will be set up out on the Patio on the ground floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dakar Sea Plaza from 18:30 onwards.  

Should you not be able to attend this Information Session, you can collect your badge at the secretariat of the mission; room St. Exupery on the ground floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dakar Sea Plaza

In addition to your personal badge, for some activities (upon registration) you will have to bring your personal invitation received to access to the event. Some activities are only open to a restricted delegation. If you are expected to attend, you will have been personally informed of this, before departure.

You are advised not to bring large bags to the meetings and not to leave your PC and smartphone unattended.


Departure times

Please note that departure times of buses and other organised transport will be strictly observed. Kindly respect the departure times mentioned in your programme and be present in the lobby of the hotel 10 minutes prior to departure time. Latecomers will not be waited for. All transfers will leave from the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dakar Sea Plaza, main entrance.
