Name badge & personal invitation
You are kindly requested to wear your official personal name badge in a visible way at all times during the Mission.
- You can obtain your personal name badge during the official Briefing of the BEM Türkiye, scheduled on Monday 27 April 2026. It will take place at BNP Paribas Fortis, Rue de la Chancellerie 1, 1000 Brussels.
- Alternatively, you may collect your name badge later at the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency, located on the 6th floor of the Sapphire Building Credendo, Rue Montoyer 3, 1000 Brussels on Tuesday 28 April, Thursday 30 April or Tuesday 5 May, between 09:30 and 16:00.
- Should it be inconvenient to collect your name badge prior to the start of the Mission, you will have the opportunity to receive it before the Information Session on Sunday 10 May in Istanbul.
- Should you not be able to attend the Information Session, you can collect your badge at the Secretariat of the Mission, in the Mönch room on the 10th floor of the Swissôtel in Istanbul (operational from 10 to 12 May from 08:00-17:00).
In addition to your name badge, for some activities you will have to bring your personal invitation received to access to the event. Some activities are only open to a restricted delegation. If you are expected to attend, you will have been personally informed of this.
Without name badge and personal invitation for selected activities, access could be denied by the local and Belgian security officers as the security regulations will be strictly respected and applied.
