ImmuneSpec offers MHC associated peptide proteomics (MAPPS) as a service. ImmuneSpec developed an advanced immunopeptidomics platform which allows fast, reliable and high-sensitive identification of MHC presented peptides. This workflow results in true identification of the MHC presented antigens (MHC I and/or MHC II presented peptides) from biological samples (tissue/cells/biopsy).
