​The Executive Master in Real Estate is a part-time training programme of 300 hours (60 credits) in French hosted by the Saint-Louis University in Brussels.

It is specifically designed for mid-career and senior professionals with at least five years of work experience who wish to gain a comprehensive overview of the real estate market and related fields (law, finance, taxes, sustainable development etc.).

The small size of our cohort - limited 20 students a year - has led to greater exclusivity and a more competitive programme in terms of admissions while fostering positive interactions between participants.

Our students have different academic backgrounds, coming from the private and the public sector but are all driven by the same motivation: developing theirs skills and continuing to work efficiently in the real estate industry.

The Executive Master in Real Estate is the only one to be accredited by RICS in the French speaking part of Belgium.
