SynPet is a Belgium-based cleantech/chemical recycling company that uses its patented Thermal Conversion Process (TCP®) to transform mixed and hard-to-recycle plastic waste into high-quality circular feedstocks such as a circular naphtha substitute and renewable natural gas — without the need for washing, sorting or drying. It’s building a large commercial recycling facility at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges to scale this technology and support the circular economy in the petrochemical value chain.
SynPet's Antwerp plant will convert mixed plastic waste that traditional recycling can’t handle (including contaminated and mixed plastics) into high-value circular products like circular naphtha substitute (CNS®) and renewable natural gas using SynPet’s patented Thermal Conversion Process (TCP®).
