International Consulting Expertise (ICE) is a European Economic Interest Group (EEIG) operating in the field of international development. The company delivers services in large-scale technical assistance projects worldwide. ICE has strong expertise in civil society, justice, public administration reform, public financial management, health, culture, communication, institutional development, and energy sectors.
Headquartered in Brussels, the organisation maintains offices and project presence across multiple regions, including IPA and ACP countries.
