Duferco Wallonie SA, through its branch Duferco Logistique, is a leading intermodal logistics provider and the operator of the Garocentre Terminal in La Louvière. The company specializes in multimodal transport solutions—waterway, rail and road—for containers, isotanks, ADR goods and breakbulk cargo. Since 2012, Duferco Logistique has operated the strategically located Garocentre Terminal, positioned at the crossroads of major European transport corridors.

Duferco Logistique ensures five weekly barge departures to Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent and Zeebrugge, offering a capacity of 540 TEU per week, as well as a regular rail connection between the terminal and the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. In 2025, the company transported 18,450 TEU—76% via waterway and 24% by rail—and handled 765,000 tonnes of steel breakbulk.
