BOSAL is mainly known as a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, in business since 1923.
We employ about 2300 people in 17 facilities worldwide. Our corporate headquarter and main research center is based in Belgium.
Our company is organized around 3 business areas:
- Powertrain: in this largest BOSAL division, we design and manufacture emission control systems for passenger cars and heavy duty vehicles (conventional, hybrid and fuel cell powertrain).
- Chassis: this division comprises a large portfolio of welded and formed products, ranging from seat frames to fuel tanks and air tanks, to towbars and jacks.
- Energy: the Energy Conversion business unit of BOSAL designs and manufactures state-of-the-art plate and tube heat exchangers for advanced power generators, fuel cell systems and electrolyzers.
