PREPARATION OF THE STATEMENT
An external accessibility audit has been performed. This audit was a simplified analysis of which you can find the report in this link.
NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The audit has taken place by BOSA and below errors have been identified.
Contrast Errors 1.4.3: The audit refers to two types of contrast errors.
The first error concerns the homepage with its revolving background of images which generates several similar errors. The "weather, flag, city name and local time"- icons on the website are fed by accuweather.com
The second error concerns pages, which at the moment of audit, reflected this error. However the errors do no longer exist as the content has changed since the audit has taken place.
Parsing Error & “Name, Role, Value” Error: These errors will be improved with the guidance of BOSA as these concern assistive technologies.
SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVES
