The Belgian National Lottery supports the Belgian Economic Mission to the West Coast of the USA
Since 1934, The Belgian National Lottery has been offering its players a wide selection of lottery games in a safe, controlled and responsible manner. In doing so, it devotes a great deal of attention to prevention, guidance and transparency, and, as a holder of the Responsible Gaming certificate, meets the strictest European standards for responsible gaming.
This commitment goes hand in hand with its unique social model: 100% of the profit – annually around 355 million euros – is invested back into society. With this, The National Lottery supports hundreds of projects across Belgium, covering culture, sport, scientific research and sustainable development.
As part of this social task, The National Lottery also contributes to strengthening Belgium’s international image. For example, in 2025, it is exceptionally funding the Belgian Economic Mission to the West Coast of the USA, organised by the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency, in partnership with the three regional export organisations and chaired by H.R.H. Princess Astrid.
Thanks to this support, Belgian businesses and institutions are able to demonstrate their know-how, innovations and growth potential to, among others, American partners and investors.
